BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Maxwell Consulting was founded by Simone Maxwell. Her business acumen includes extensive years of experience ranging in the fields of education, hospitality, client/professional services, project management, marketing, operations and human resources.
She has also conducted research on workplace diversity, management negotiations and retail challenges in the global marketplace .Some of her recent publications include cases/summaries and co-authorships in the following textbooks and journal articles:

Simone is also an active member of the American Management Association and her passions include teaching, training, coaching and research. She was also awarded Broward Women’s International scholarship for academic excellence in October 2006. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Management and a Masters in Higher Education with a specialization in Leadership/Administration.
